- You must be at least 18 years old to register with our site.
- Fill in the required information: your name, address, and phone number.
- Enter your preferred login ID. Log in ID must be at least five characters. See "Selecting a log-in ID" for tips and guidelines.
- Enter a secure password. The password is case sensitive. See "Selecting a password" for more details.
- Enter a valid e-mail address. You must reply to the confirmation e-mail before your account can become active.
- Select a secret question and enter a corresponding answer. In the event that you lose or forget your password, you must answer the question before the password can be e-mailed to you.
- At the "More Information" panel, you can choose to enter more information about yourself. This information will be displayed in your profile for users to view. You can also choose to edit this information at a later date.
- Choose an avatar. The avatar is a picture you select that will be associated with your ID. The avatar will be displayed to you when you log-in. This is a security measure we’ve taken to prevent passwords from being stolen. If you do not recognize the avatar, do not enter your password, and contact PhiMart immediately.
- Hit "I Agree and Continue" to register, or "Reset" to clear the form.
- A confirmation e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address. You must reply to the e-mail in order to confirm your registration.

Selecting a Log-in ID |
|
|
| Your log-in ID is used to identify you to other users. It must be at least five characters long, and is not case sensitive. Users may only hold one account and cannot change their ID, so select an ID that you will remember and use for a long period of time. The ID cannot contain e-mail addresses, domain names, the PhiMart name, obscenity, profanity, or terms that may be confused with a trademark or brand name. The following characters cannot be used: -- ( ) < > & @. Spaces cannot be used in a log-in ID, but an underscore may be used as a substitution. |

Selecting a Password |
|
|
| For your protection, it is important to select a secure password. To make your password harder to guess, do not use your name, a word from the dictionary, words related to your e-mail or user ID, and words pertaining to your hobby or personal information. It's a good idea to use special characters and numbers. The password is case sensitive, so you may use a combination of lower and upper case letters to make your password more secure. Avoid using passwords that you have used on other sites, and change your password monthly. If you believe that someone has obtained your password, change your password immediately. |

Log In |

- After you have replied to the confirmation e-mail, your account will be activated. You may now log in to PhiMart. Select "Log In" on the upper right hand corner of the main screen.
- Enter your log in ID and hit "Log in" to continue.
- Your personal avatar will now be displayed. Do not enter your password if the displayed avatar does not match the avatar you’ve selected during registration.
- Enter your password. Remember that your password is case sensitive. Hit "Log in" to continue.
