Buyers and sellers are rated on a scale of 1 star to 5 stars. Sellers can only rate buyers in Overall Experience, while buyers may rate sellers in more specific categories, including price, product, customer service, and shipping & handling.
Actual shipping will be provided by different carriers. Buyers may also rate their delivery experience for each delivery.
When converted to a percentage, 3, 4, and 5 stars are set as 100%.
2 stars are 90% when converted into a percentage.
1 star is 80% when converted into a percentage.
The percentages are totaled and averaged into an overall percent, which is then displayed in the user profile.
Premium Top Sellers must maintain an average of at least 98% satisfaction rating.
