Accounts : Only one account is allowed per individual. If your account has been suspended, you may not use another user's account, or register a new one.

Appropriate Conduct : All users are expected to conduct themselves appropriately on PhiMart and in transactions and communications related to PhiMart. Inappropriate conduct includes profanity, obscenity, racially or ethnically offensive remarks, and threats.

Buyers : When a buyer bids on an item, they are entering into a legally binding contract and are expected to complete the sale. Buyers who bid on items with no intentions of purchasing are considered malicious buyers. Furthermore, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that they meet the purchasing, payment, and delivery methods outlined by the seller. Buyers are expected to honor the terms of payment. Failure to pay the seller for purchased items may result in a strike against your account. In the event that you have paid for an item but did not receive it, there are several steps you can take. Please see our Safe Guardian protection for more details.

Copyrights, Trademarks, and Intellectual Property : Copyrighted and trademarked content are not permitted on PhiMart. The intellectual properties of third parties must be protected.

Fee Circumvention : Users may not offer or accept an offer to complete sales outside of PhiMart. Such actions are viewed as fee circumvention.

Identity : Users may not falsify or misrepresent their identity. The name, address, and e-mail that you use must be yours. Your contact information must be current and valid.

Intellectual Property of PhiMart must not be infringed upon. Users are not allowed to use trademarked or copyrighted the PhiMart name, images, or slogans without the express permission of PhiMart.

Interference : Users may not interfere with PhiMart’s operations, programs, or activities. Users can only modify specifically designated areas, such as your profile and item descriptions.

Privacy : The privacy of all PhiMart users must be respected. You cannot send unsolicited marketing e-mails, chain letters, or pyramid schemes to other users. You cannot publish the personal or contact information of other users or disclose it to third parties unrelated to your transactions.

Promotions, Giveaways, Raffles, & Prizes : Promotional activities such as giveaways, raffles, and prizes are not allowed.

Ratings : Our ratings system is essential to the operations of the site. To foster trust and goodwill between users, attempts to manipulate the ratings system are forbidden. Forms of manipulation include threatening to leave negative or neutral rating, attempt to artificially enhance a user’s ratings, or prevent another user from leaving feedback.

Shill Bidding : Shill bidding is the act of artificially inflating the price of an item, whether it is done by the seller or someone known to the seller. Shill bidding is prohibited. To avoid the appearance of shill bidding, the friends and family of the seller should not bid on the seller’s items.

Transactions : All users are expected to honor the terms of their transactions unless the seller and buyer are in agreement of its cancellation. Users cannot interfere with another user’s transactions, or contact a seller/buyer to offer purchase outside of PhiMart. Users may not e-mail bidders to warn them of an item or seller; such problems should be addressed in ratings and reviews.

User ID : Your ID must be at least five characters long and cannot contain special characters. It cannot contain obscene or profane words, use the PhiMart name, or contain the name of any other copyrighted/trademarked terms or ideas.
