What is PhiMart?
PhiMart is an online shopping and auction site that offers a new way of doing business online. Featuring no listing fees and low final merchant fees, we provide a place for buyers and sellers to congregate and conduct business at low costs.

PhiMart is a third party service and does not sell any of the products featured on the site.
Can I start bidding right away?

Yes, once you have registered with PhiMart.com. It's free to register.
Can I cancel my bid?

No, bids may not be cancelled or retracted after they are placed. Please be sure that you want to buy the product before bidding.
What are olives?
Olives are points that may be redeemed for eCash. You earn olives through special promotional offers, writing reviews for PhiReviews.com, and buying items from Premium Sellers. eCash may be used on future purchases on products sold by Business and Premium Sellers.
How do I begin selling?

First, you must be registered as a member of PhiMart.com. When you first register, you'll be signed up under a Buyer account. Through your My PhiMart page, you can then register to be a seller. You must choose to be a Personal Seller, a Business Seller, or a Premium Seller. You must provide a business tax ID to be a Business Seller. Premium Sellers are Business Sellers who agree to distribute olives to PhiMart shoppers. Personal Sellers will be approved automatically by the system, but Business and Premium Sellers must be manually verified by PhiMart staff for approval.

After you have registered to become a seller, you can begin selling your products. Please first review the Rules for Sellers, then consult the Seller Guide on how to proceed.
What's the difference between a Personal Seller, a Business Seller, and a Premium Seller?

A Personal Seller is an everyday seller. When you register to become a seller, approval for Personal Seller is automatic and instant.

A Business Seller is a seller who operates an official business. An official business tax ID must be provided to verify Business Seller status. Business Sellers must also participate in the PhiMart rewards program by distributing olives to buyers.

Premium Sellers are PhiMart's top sellers. Premium Sellers must have a 98% satisfaction rating from buyers, and maintain $1000 in transactions per month for at least three consecutive months. Only Business Sellers may apply for Premium Seller status.
What are PhiMart fees? How much are these fees?

It's free for sellers to list their items for sale. However, if the product sells, a nominal fee is collected by PhiMart. Fees are also charged for extra options, such as making your listing a Featured Product, or bolding the title. For full fee listings, please consult our Fees Table.

The fees are paid to PhiMart by the sellers. A monthly invoice is generated and billed to the record on file.

What is a Mini Store?
A PhiMart Mini Store is the personalized online store of a seller. All product listings of the seller appear in the Mini Store, and additional information about the seller and products may be displayed. Maintaining a Mini Store allows you to organize your listings with ease and make your products more visible to potential buyers.
